  • Consolidated multiple locations, re-organized organizational structure and deployed new technology, allowing a 300-person team to double their throughput

  • Built a budgeting tool to facilitate a better understanding of the root causes for monthly revenue and expense variances

  • Expedited accounting close process to deliver insights on a more timely basis

  • Prepared client for their inaugural audit and implemented controls to mitigate risks

  • Created a thirteen-week cashflow forecast to prioritize payments based on timing of collections

  • Improved credit profile of a struggling startup and obtained $3.5 million bank credit line and an additional $2.5 million in vendor and card financing, eliminating working capital squeeze

  • Implemented NetSuite three times for small and mid-size clients

  • Evaluated new product introduction and determined breakeven and return on equity to assess likelihood of success in a "what do you have to believe" analysis

  • Prepared a client for sale by improving their cash flow, implementing reporting system and organizing their data in anticipation of buyers' diligence process
